The master includes a king size bed facing Sawgrass Lake, and includes a 50" smart TV.

Newly renovated and decorated, unique 800 sq. ft Cottage located in South Clermont. The Cottage includes one King Bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench and rain shower head. The kitchen comes with a full appliance configuration, and includes all necessary components to cook and serve your meals, as well as an ice-maker in the freezer. There is also a new Weber BBQ grill on the front patio, and a washer/dryer combo in the utility room. The master includes a King sized bed and includes a 50" smart TV.

“This place was a very nice get away. It’s even better if you’re not wanting to leave the cottage haha! You have a nice lake view and a view of the pretty birds as well. I also loved all the orange groves and cows on the drive in.”

“My husband and I stayed at Courtney's cottage for 5 days in February. The cottage is beautifully decorated, everything seems brand new. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable, including on-site laundry. The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and very peaceful.
