Renovated and decorated, unique 800 sq. ft Cottage located in South Clermont. The Cottage includes one King Bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench and rain shower head. The kitchen comes with a full appliance configuration, and includes all necessary components to cook and serve your meals, as well as an ice-maker in the freezer. There is also a new Weber BBQ grill on the front patio, and a washer/dryer combo in the utility room. The master includes a King sized bed and includes a 50" smart TV.
